The  second edition of Digital Infrastructures for Research conference (DI4R) will be held in Brussels, Belgium from the 30th of November to the 1st of December 2017.

Under the theme “Connecting the building blocks for Open Science”, the 2017 edition of the DI4R conference, organised jointly by EGI, EUDAT, GÉANT, OpenAIRE, PRACE and RDA Europe, bring together all researchers, developers and service providers to brainstorm and discuss. The overarching goal of DI4R 2017 is to demonstrate how open science, higher education and innovators can benefit from these building blocks, and ultimately to advance integration and cooperation between initiatives.

The EPOS partners will attend the event presenting the EPOS IP architecture and the plan to integrate data, data-products, software and services (DDSS) for solid Earth science, in order to provide virtual and physical access to facilities for different users and stakeholders.

The event is collocated within the EOSCpilot 1st Stakeholder Engagement Event taking place on the 28th and 29th of November 2017.
